Last night, November 4th, held appropriately on Anna Wintour's birthday, The 11th Annual CFDA / Vogue Fashion awards took place. The CFDA / Vogue Fashion was created to support the next generation of American designers. The purpose is to give significant financial awards to one (or more) designers and give them mentoring to help further their business. The event was hosted by Stella McCartney and Seth Meyers. Guest included, Anna Wintour, her daughter, Bee Shaffer as well as designers, editors models and even actor Ben Stiller. The event celebrated the big winner of the night, shoe designer, Paul Andrew.
Those who attended included Jason Wu, André Leon Talley, Serena Williams, Caroline Wozniacki, Alexa Chung, Jessica Hart, Steven Kolb, Diane Von Furstenberg,Zac Posen, Liu Wen, Tory Burch and Vera Wang to name just a few.
