AUTUMN / FALL INSPIRATION

Here are some of my fav inspirations from the bloggers and latest street fashion. I'm still really loving cropped jeans and heals at the moment as well as overalls and jumpsuits for that interim weather as we head into fall / Autumn!

Wear a long sleeved fitted jumpsuit during cooler evenings and still stay warm and chic.

A great way to transition overalls into fall is to layer with a blouse and trench with flats for the day and heels for a more dressed up look.

Layer a thin jacket with light wool jumper and cropped jeans for a great fall / autumn transition look.

Oversized coats are still having a massive moment. Wear with simple layering underneath and tighter jeans to keep the look tailored.

Layering long blouses with a wool cropped jumper for colder climates against cropped jeans and heels is a great way to keep warm in fall without the the whole look being too bulky.

SEX AND THE CITY MOVIE 3- OH THE EXCITEMENT!!

There have been numerous rumors about a third Sex And The City movie since the 2nd installment 4 years ago, however up until now all were quashed by the cast, particularly SJP saying they are sadly nothing more than that, a rumor. However she has always said she feels there is one more movie left to be made and would love to see it happen.

Well, todays news told a different story. Jennifer Hudson, who played Louise, Carrie's personal assistant, hinted that there may be a third one in the works and SJP seems to have confirmed it as true on her twitter account.

Kristin tweeted SJP on Friday saying that she missed her co-star. SJP replied, 'Met too you! Heard the News? X. to which Kristin replied, 'Yyyeessssss... But I'm afraid to get TOO excited yet - You let me know when we can celebrate. XO'.

Fans were quick to respond to the tweet with their excitement.. SJP's response? 'Eating crow now!' and saying that she had been making a reference to the 'news' that had been 'zooming around'.

Throughout all the rumors, this is the first one that any of the cast have responded to and up until now, most believed a third one would never happen.

The sequel to the first movie didn't make huge waves at the box office in the US. With a $100 Million budget it didn't even break even in the States bringing in only $95,347,692. However internationally the movie brought in $288 million. Not bad, however it was a far cry from the $415 million the first film pulled in, which was made on a budget of $65 million. The financial outcome as well as the poor reviews of the movie seemed to solidify that there wouldn't be a third movie made, however if todays news is true, it seems that there has been a change of heart. In addition, director Michael Patrick King has always said there is 'one story left to tell'.

Whilst I did feel the story of the second movie was a lot weaker than the first, I personally still loved the movie. True die hard fans can't get enough of the fab four and the fashion lovers out there, if not dying over the script are salivating over the true feast of clothes that each episode and movie has brought. I still can't stop thinking about some of the stunning Halston Heritage dresses SJP wore in that movie. And that dress she wore to her dinner with Aidan... amazing.

If the rumors are true, I wonder what the final story will be? I'm sure the production budget will be more on the scale of the first movie as the studio will be more conservative on the financial forecast. But one thing's for sure, SJP shouldn't have any problems calling in favors with fashion houses and with Patricia Field's connections (who I'm guess will be brought on for the third) I'm sure the wardrobe won't suffer. Perhaps we'll even see some of SJP's shoe line sneak their way in!

SATURDAY BRUNCH IN LA

It may officially be autumn / fall, but the heat was out in force in LA this sunny Saturday so todays brunch called for an Akira skirt, fun 'Coco Made Me Poor' vest, and stacked rings. Happy weekend everyone!

KATE MOSS FOR GUCCI

You can say what you want about Kate Moss, but there's no denying the girl has staying power. Moss was discovered in 1988, aged 14 by Sarah Doukas, the founder of Storm Model Management, whilst walking through New York's JFK airport and this year marked a milestone for Moss. She turned 40 which also meant her career has spanned over 26 years. No mean feat for the fickle world of modeling.

In that time, Moss has never been out of work or the public eye and she isn't set to fade anytime soon. Moss was recently chosen to launch Gucci's new 'Jackie Soft' bag, which was named after and inspired by Jackie Kennedy Onassis. The short movie showcases 5 different versions of the bag as well as the latest clothing collection from Gucci, and let me tell you they are the embodiment of chic.

The brand used Kate to portray the jet set life of a celebrity constantly followed and photographed by the worlds media.
