Paris is one of my favorite cities in the world, it's so beautiful and incredibly chic.  I especially love going during Paris fashion week. The last time I visited I had a great productive but also fun trip!  There are so many amazing things to do whilst in Paris but here are just a few of my personal favs for fashion spots and great cafe / restaurant locations!

Didier Ludot.

Located at 24 Galerie Montpensier - Jardin du Palais Royal 75001 Paris  - Tél. : 01 42 96 06 56 it is home to some of the most amazing vintage in the world. For more on my experience there click:

Griff Troc

Another wonderful vintage store.

Located at 119 boulevard Malesherbes 75008 Paris Areas: Malesherbes/Villiers, 8ème it houses some amazing vintage, newer Hermes pieces and accessories.  A great place to visit for some newer Chanel jackets and great consignment pieces. If you're looking for an investment piece, and happen to go to Paris, definitely check it out. You may well find what you're looking for there at almost new and a much lower price tag.

I found a great 2008 Chanel Jacket at Griff Troc, (above) from the spring ready to wear run way show from 2008. I love finding classic investment pieces for great prices that you'll wear over and over.

ANNE FONTAINE

24,
Rue Boissy d'Anglas. Le Village Royal33 01 42 68 049575008 PARIS FRANCE is a wonderful boutique filled with lifestyle pieces that will fit perfectly into your everyday wardrobe.  Anne Fontaine have many stores around the world but Paris is the most affordable place to shop.

Printemps

64, bd Haussmann75009 Paris - FranceTel : +33(0)1 42 82 50 00  One of Paris's best known department stores. Founded in 1865, by Jules Jaluzot and Jean-Alfred Duclos and is located at the corner of Le Havre and Boulevard Haussmann. It's home to a number of designers and has both a huge selection for men and women on its many floors. In addition there is a huge cosmetic section for all your beauty essentials.

Gallery Lafayette

40, boulevard Haussmann, 75009 Paris, France - Amazingly the Gallery Lafayette is the second most visited tourist attraction in Paris after the Louvre. With over 100 years of history and located right next door to Printemps, The Gallery Lafayette has several stores around the world including Dubai, NY and Berlin. However the Paris store was the original and remains their flagship store.

Angelina's cafe

located on 226 Rue de Rivoli, 75001 Paris, France is a famous cafe.  It has amazing macaroons and pastries.  They are famous for their hot chocolate which is so incredibly rich it tastes just like melted chocolate.  My tip if you're going in couples is to share one between the two of you.  It's more than enough! They bring it in a pouring pot with two cups and two separate creams. My other tip would be to get there before 1pm which is when most Parisians break for lunch.  We arrived about 11.30am and we didn't have to wait for a table, by the time 1pm hit there was a line.

Chez Flottes :

2 rue Cambon 75001 PARIS Tel : 01 42 60 80 89

I loved this restaurant- located just off boulevard madeleine.  It had plenty of wonderful fish options for those of us who don't eat other meats.  The meals were delicious and the staff were friendly. The restaurant also offers an incredible choice of deserts for those with a sweet tooth!

BRASSERIE THOUMIEUX

79 Rue Saint Dominique, 75007, Paris. Bought in 1923 by Martial Thoumieux and transformed in 2009 by Chef Jean-François Piège and his associate Thierry Costes. This restaurant had a very eclectic menu, from baby lamb chops to fresh fish dishes to fancy hamburgers. Once again the desert menu was very extensive with profiteroles, fancy donuts to an incredible lemon tart. The last trip I took to Paris I came here, it was only a Tuesday night, but the place was busy (perhaps in part because of Paris Fashion Week) Just as we left we saw Hugh Jackman leave the restaurant after being photographed with the chef, so it's definitely a popular spot! Reservations recommended!
