Every now and then a dress gets a little reinvention and this season it's the LDD that is the dress of the moment. I love a denim dress, it suits most people and works whether you like your dress structured or more loose fitting as both styles give a laid back cool vibe. Sunday night I attended a party to kick of LA Fashion Week at the sleek W hotel in Hollywood. For the night I wore a pair of white culottes, Chanel black jacket, Hermes CDC cuff, Chanel 2.55 bag and Louboutins. It was a casual night, but a great opportunity to take some pics of some beauties in LA. Check out my pics of the best looks of the night! Perfectly put together with a laid back LA vibe. Model: Avery Kristina Tinsley. Great accessorizing, those shoes... Such a cute playsuit, love the color on this beauty.. stunning. Love the color the skirt and the denim jacket gives it a funky slightly tougher look.. perfect outfit. Check out this beauty in her little white beaded dress, and that bag...beautiful Love the color and structure of this dress Now this is how to wear a blazer... Love the use of layering, and the cute hat. A perfect example of how to wear lace with such a modern twist. Gorgeous yet edgy. Great example of how a well tailored shirt makes a world of difference to an outfit.. Love the cut of the dark blue shirt. Great street style, in Boy London
The place: Paris, the event, The Valentino show, the surprise? Ben Stiller and Owen Wilson's amazing appearance at the end of the show giving the fashion pack not only the excitement of seeing the two strut down the runway, but also the confirmation to their fans that there would be a sequel to the now, classic comedy, "Zoolander'. With The Human League’s “Don’t You Want Me,” playing the two were seen giving the audience their best poses and pouts straight to the camera as their characters, Derek Zoolander and Hansel. According to a tweet from Paramount, the film will be released on Feb. 12, 2016. The movie will also star Penelope Cruz and has been written by Justin Theroux. Stiller is remaining tight lipped about any designers making a cameo in the movie (Tom Ford, Karl Lagerfeld, Donatella Versace and Tommy Hilfiger made cameos in the first..) however there is a rumor that Anna Wintour is set to make an appearance as well as Ralph Lauren. To add fuel to these rumors, Stiller was overheard talking to Lauren last Autumn and before the Valentino show, Anna Wintour took part in a video with Wilson and Stiller that was later posted on the Vogue website. After Stiller’s and Wilson’s appearance at the Valentino show, it was all anyone was talking about on Tuesday and the video of the duo went viral. What genius marketing! Absolutely love the surprise that they created and also bringing some comedy to PFW, after all, fashion should be fun! Watch the two before they head out on the runway, chatting to Anna Wintour (and of course, a selfie stick..!) BEHIND THE SCENES AT VALENTINO! |
