It’s a huge step that so many brands are taking a stand against using fur. Fashion is all about moving forward, and using real fur these days feels incredibly outdated. In celebration of this, here are a look at some of the best in faux fur this week.
Donatella Versace, earlier this month announced in an interview with The Economist’s 1843 magazine, that she is no longer going to use fur, “Fur? I am out of that. Versace has joined a flurry of other brands who are no longer using fur including Stella McCartney (who since launching in 2001 has never used fur), Vivienne Westwood, Tommy Hillfiger, Gucci, Calvin Klein, Michael Kors, Armarni, Tom Ford and most recently Italian accessories brand, Furla who will be going fur free starting with their 2019 cruise collection.
