Second pic: Me impersonating one!
Sweden is such a beautiful place to visit especially during Christmas. Despite the cold, the amazing waters and beautifully lit alleys make the cold bearable and also a cup of Glögg (The swedish version of Mulled Wine) goes a long way to helping! Last year (2013) I spent my third Christmas in Stockholm. Some of my fav things to do are visit the beautiful Christmas market, visit the Fotografiska gallery, take the boat trip around the island Fjäderholmarna, take a look at the MK department store Christmas window display, Visit The Vasa Museum and this time visited the Nordic Heritage Museum. Here are some pics of my time there!! A rare shot of the red squirrel that I saw at the Christmas market! Pictures can't truly capture the beautiful MK window displays, that have motion and tell a different story in each window, but definitely worth a visit! The Vasa museum is well worth a visit, it shows the first ever 17th century ship almost fully intact that has ever been salvaged, it's the 64-gun warship Vasa that sank on her maiden voyage in 1628. Trying to stay warm!! Wearing, Coast Coat, leather gloves, River Island hat, Chanel jumbo 2.55 bag (partially seen!) Swedish Glögg, delicious! Traditional Swedish Tomte, that is meant to protect and look over your home! Second pic: Me impersonating one! Beautiful views from the boat trip.
