Back in September, Keira Knightley posed topless for one of the six covers that were released for Interview magazine shot by the wonderfully talented, Patrick Demarchelier. However Keira Knightley has now explained why she made the move to pose topless for the cover, saying that she would do a topless shoot as long as the image wasn't retouched. Speaking of her decision she said, "I've had my body manipulated so many different times for so many different reasons, whether it's paparazzi photographers or for film posters,"
Speaking of the shoot, she said, "That was one of the ones where I said: 'OK, I'm fine doing the topless shot so long as you don't make them any bigger or retouch.' Because it does feel important to say it really doesn't matter what shape you are."
One of the most obvious manipulations Knightley experienced was in the King Arthur movie poster where her chest had very clearly been enhanced.
