I've already worn both these pieces and absolutely love them!
![]() Whilst in Paris, as well as visiting vintage store Didier Ludot, I also love going to Rue Boissy D'angais, one of paris' most coveted shopping locations. Home to the flagship store of Hermes and with other stores such as Lanvin it's definitely a fashion lovers dream. During my last trip to Paris I visited Anne Fontaine, a store which really fits my own style. Anne Fontaine, a Brazilian designer opened her first boutique in Paris in 94'. She started with a simple white classic shirt and since has begun designing other clothes and really created a lifestyle brand. Filled with easy to wear trousers, unique capes and coats it's a beautifully classic place to shop and you'll be sure to have the pieces in your wardrobe ten years from now. They are investment pieces that whilst being comfortable and easy to wear and will still look relevant 10 years from now. You'll feel like you've taken a piece of Parisian chic with you. ![]() I purchased two items in the Anne Fontaine store. One was this cape jacket. It's classic and reverasable so you actually have two items for the price of one! The black side is for more every day and you can reverse it and have the white side for more of a wow factor. ![]() The cape seen here on the right in the window. Belted through the centre it gives you a great shape and can be thrown over jeans and gives you instant chic look. ![]() The second piece I bought was this sleeveless dress/ over trouser waistcoat. Again it's a wonderfully classic piece that can be worn either as a dress with a slip or black skirt underneath with a black vest tucked in. I've already worn mine as a dress and over jeans for a totally different look. This picture is from the Anne Fontaine website, but I've been wearing mine with a thick black belt around the centre to give it more shape. I've already worn both these pieces and absolutely love them! Comments are closed.
