IT festival, Coachella just had it's first weekend and our instagram and social feeds were filled with little else but bright sun, music, outside parties, poolside shots and pictures of the desert at golden hour. Not to mention the buzz of the whole festival being nicknamed #BeyChella after Beyonce stunned with her performance with extra excitement as she reunited with Destiny's child for one performance only.
Here we're looking at some of the best fashion moments captured at Coachella that are giving us major inspiration for our own summer wardrobes!
There's nothing better than pulling on a white dress during the summer months. From short, midi length to maxi, theres little else that's more feminine and versatile. Load up on bangles and add a pop of color with your accessories and shoes or funk up the look with black ankle boots and aviators.
No one rocks a maxi dress like designer and stylist, Rachel Zoe. Seen here wearing a dress from her own collection at the Rachel Zoe party.
From cropped jeans, to shorts and skirts, denim is one of the favorite materials to rock at Coachella.
These beauties above show us ankle boots work with everything from dresses, skirts to lace maxi skirts.
KIMONO'S AND FRINGE
Perfect for throwing on over shorts to keep warm as the sun goes down and to add interest to any of your summer looks. The Kimono is the perfect transitional piece. Wear it all summer with neutral summer and maxi dresses and shorts. This hero piece will take you from day to night.
FLORALS AND PRINTS
Florals, prints and palm trees are always a hit during spring and summer and we saw them in spades at Coachella. On maxi dresses with ankle boots and clashing prints on shorts and shirts.
Easy breezy one pieces are always a great option for summer, especially if you're packing to go away. Wear with sneaker, slides, ankle boots and add heels for nights out.
OFF THE SHOULDER
One piece bathing suits, especially in stripes were a hit at Coachella. Bonus use, they can also be worn as a bodysuit under jeans, shorts and skirts when you're not poolside or beach bound.
